K-1 Visa Petitions

The K-1 Visa Petitions is a service for U.S. citizens planning to marry their foreign partners in the U.S. This visa allows the foreign-citizen fiance(e) to enter the U.S. and marry their U.S. citizen partner within 90 days of arrival. The journey begins with the submission of Form I-129F, followed by receiving a Notice of Action, undergoing a screening procedure, preparing the necessary documents, attending the interview, and finally getting the K-1 visa stamp on the passport. After the marriage, the foreign citizen can apply to adjust their status with permanent residency through USCIS.
